Koshur Cart Contest Rules

Stand a chance to win exciting prizes by answering few simple questions. This contest is run by Koshur Cart Online Products, Jammu and is for limited period only. Lucky winner shall be selected randomly among all qualified contestants with correct answer. You are allowed to take this contest only once, however, you can ask your friends or relatives to participate.

Entering the Competition

1. Koshur Cart Quiz contest (the "Competition") is open to Indian citizens only.

4. You have to answer all asked Questions and after successful completion submit the desired details. There is no time limit to answer the questions.

Picking the winners

5. The winner of this contest will be the entrants with the most correct answers to the questions in the Competition.
6. If there is a tie, the winner and runners up will be chosen at random from the entrants with the highest (or next highest, where appropriate) number of correct answers in the Competition. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Getting consent from an adult

7. Sending in an entry to the Competition means that You accept these Terms and Conditions, which are the rules of the Competition. You should check with your parent or guardian that they are happy for You to enter the Competition based on these Terms and Conditions.

The Prizes

8. The 1st winner will receive Rs 1000 Gift Voucher, 2nd winner Rs 800 Gift Voucher and 3rd winner Rs 500 Gift Voucher. To encourage more participation, we will be selecting another 100 participants who have either liked our page or provided correct answer by rewarding them with Rs 300 Gift Voucher each.
9. The winners will be notified by facebook message personally. First three winners will be decalred on our website and facebook page as well.
10. The prizes will be sent to the winner the next day after the winners have been announced.
11. The prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred by you and cannot be redeemed by you for cash or any other prizes.
12. We will substitute the prizes with other prizes of similar value in the event that the original prizes offered are not available.

Some other rules

13. The minimum number of entrants have been fixed as 1,000 for this contest. Koshur Cart reserves the right to abandon the contest if the number of entrants don’t meet the desired criteria without any further notice.
14. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
15. No purchase is necessary.
16. Koshur Cart accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by You as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize. Koshur Cart further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to You or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition.
17. Koshur Cart reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Koshur Cart in all matters under its control is final and binding.
18. Koshur Cart shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
19. The Competition will be governed by Indian law.
20. Quiz is open till Sunday, 17 Sep'2017, 23:00 hrs and winners will be declared on Monday on our Facebook Page and our website as well.
